Moscow : Russian Foreign Affairs minister Serguei Lavrov welcomed the new draft Resolution adopted in Berlin over Iranian nuke program which is directed to resume talks with Teheran.
Lavrov told the press that the version approved by France, Germany, Great Britain, Russia, United States and China does not envisage sanctions to the Persian nation, unlike previous texts promoted by the west.
The project has not only urged backing of the work of the International Atomic Energy Organization (IAEO) to clarify gaos in the nuclear sphere, but envisages the Security Council’s support of non proliferation, noted the foreign minister.
Now, the resolution responds to all the group’s collaboration criteria, without political purposes, he emphasized.
The action of the UN Security Council must be exclusively directed to back IAEO to clarify passed aspects of Iran nuke program including military components in that activity, he remarked while insisting in its peaceful character.
For Russia this new draft bill means a commitment in all aspects of the Iranian nuclear file.
In addition, Lavrov said he trust the Islamic country’s authorities will definitely close unresolved questions with the international entity of nuclear energy.
