Adelaide : India’s opening batsman Virender Sehwag’s 63 in the fourth Test at Adelaide Thursday was his 13th Test fifty and his third against Australia.
Overall, he has recorded four fifties against Australia, including 76 off 82 balls for World XI at Sydney in 2005-06.
Sehwag’s Thursday’s knock was his highest score at Adelaide and his first fifty in 11 innings, the last one being against West Indies at Basseterre in June 2006.
Sehwag became Brett Lee 20th victim in the current series, the first bowler to cross the 20-wicket mark.
