Gaza : A Palestinian activist was killed, while four others were injured in an Israeli shelling that targeted Beit Hanoun northern the Gaza Strip, medical sources said on Monday.
Mohammad Abu Hajar, 17, of al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military wing of Fatah, was announced dead due injuries he sustained, the sources added.
One of the injured is in “severe” condition, noted the sources at al-Shifaa Hospital in Gaza.
To that, al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, announced today that two of its fighters lost their lives due to injuries they sustained yesterday.
Hasan Abu Jassir and Ghassan Abdulhay of Jabalaya refugees’ camp were part of the clashes that took place between the Brigades and Israeli Army yesterday, the Brigades said in a statement.
