Mumbai : Anil Ambani-promoted Reliance Energy Monday said it had decided to change the company’s name to Reliance Infrastructure Ltd.
Explaining the decision, a spokesperson said the new name would adequately reflect the current nature of the company’s businesses and was in line with its vision to play a vital role in infrastructure development.
The change will not affect any of the rights of the company or of the shareholders.
