Beirut : Armed clashes erupted between followers of the pro and anti-government camps in several regions of the Lebanese capital on Wednesday, security sources reported The sources said gunmen were seen shooting with automatic guns and firing rocket-propelled grenades in the districts of Al-Nuwairi and Al-Basta.
Army troops are trying to contain the violence. No casualty reports are immediately available.
