Ghaziabad : Two people were arrested Wednesday for the gangrape of a Dalit girl in Ghaziabad, police said. Another suspect is absconding.
Rahul and Deepak have been arrested and the third accused Vijay is absconding, said Superintendent of Police, City, J.K. Shahi.
Police have detained the mother and brother of Vijay, he said.
The rape occurred Tuesday and after the crime the victim, a resident of Meerut, was thrown out of the car near sector-51 in Noida.
She was abducted from Vijay Nagar area of Ghaziabad where she had come to live with her aunt.
