BEIJING : U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will pay an official visit to China on February 20-22, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said on Tuesday.
“The sides will discuss a number of global and regional issues of mutual interest, as well as cooperation in tackling the global financial crisis,” Jiang Yu said.
During her first overseas tour as secretary of state, Clinton is also due to visit Japan (on February 16-18), Indonesia (on February 18-19) and South Korea (on February 19-20).
