Alyssa cloth showroom in the commercial Abids road of Hyderabad was selling those designer clothes with calligraphy of historic mosques printed on it.

Name of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) on the saree

Amjedullah Khan Councilor and MBT youth leader along with other party activists protested against the shop owners and filed a complaint at Abids police station.

Amjedullah Khan speaking to the media said, “We have protested against Alyssa Designer of Suits & Sarees for selling cloth materials with Quranic Versus and Islamic Scriptures printed on it. On one such suite there is an image of calligraphy work of Majid-e-Nabawi (Prophets Mosque) which have prophets name in Arabic printed on it, and when suits get stitched in come down in the lower side.”

MBT demanded strict action against the Factory owner, Distributor and Shop owners who were selling those suits and sarees which according to them are hurting the sentiments of Muslims.

Khan also alleged that this has been done intentionally because on previous occasions the name of Allah & Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) has been found printed on Shoes, Books and Crackers and were being sold with an intention to create communal riots in Hyderabad.

Acting on the complaint of MBT Abids police station has registered a case against the owner of Ayssa showroom under sec 295 (deliberate and malicious act to outrage religious feelings) of IPC.
