Bangalore : Private domestic carrier Air Deccan Thursday offered 26 percent equity stake to Vijay Mallya's United Breweries (Holdings) Ltd, promoter of its bigger rival Kingfisher Airlines.
Air Deccan will make a preferential offer of 35,222,231 shares at a price of Rs.155 per share, company officials said here.
