Kasargod (Kerala) : The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Tuesday organised a dawn-to-dusk shutdown in Kasargod town following the murder of a party activist.
The activist, Sandeep, 24, was stabbed to death near the town’s bus station at 8.30 p.m. Monday.
BJP supporters blocked roads at various places in the town, the headquarters of Kasargod district, to protest the murder.
Kasargod police said they have registered a case against six people in connection with the murder.
