Kuwait : Under instructions from His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Kuwait Ambassador to Australia and New Zealand Jamal Mohammad Al-Ghoneim visited the Royal Darwin Hospital Friday to convey his wishes of speedy recovery to East Timor President Jose Ramos-Horta.
