Brisbane : For the second time since October 2000, Sachin Tendulkar scored a 50-plus innings in the finals of a one-day tournament comprising three teams or more when he hammered a superb 117 not out against Australia in the first final of the Commonwealth Bank Triangular Series in Sydney Sunday.
Tendulkar has amassed 387 runs in eight matches at 38.70, including one century and two half-centuries, since Oct 10, 2000, when he scored 69 against New Zealand in the final of the Champions Trophy in Nairobi.
