New Delhi : President Pratibha Patil Monday assigned West Bengal Governor M.K. Narayanan the functions of the governor of Sikkim in addition to his own duties.
Narayanan was given additional charge of Sikkim owing to the absence on leave of Sikkim Governor Balmiki Prasad Singh.
