Bangalore : Leading technology firm Nucleus Software Tuesday announced tying up with Turkish firm Gantek to provide IT solutions in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector in Turkey.
“As a leading ICT (information and communication technology) integrator, our partnership with Gantek will help us to provide end-to-end products and solutions to the BFSI vertical in the Turkish market,” Nucleus chief executive Vishnu R. Dusad said in a statement.
The Istanbul-based Gantek provides end-to-end IT solutions to the finance and telecom sectors in the region. As Nucleus partner, it will enhance product sales and implementation programmes and provide first level of support to clients in Turkey.
“With global footprint and a strong customer base of Nucleus, we look forward to introduce Nucleus solutions to our existing and prospective banking customers in Turkey and the region,” Gantek chief executive Cem Devrim said.
The UK-based IBS Publishing has ranked Nucleus’ flagship product FinnOne as the largest selling lending software product the world over for the third consecutive year in 2010.
“The emergence of Turkey as a key commerce destination is attracting investment from major players across the world boosting its BFSI sector. The business alliance with Gantek will help us extend the reach of our products to the BFSI sector and improve customer experience,” said Dusad.
With 150 customers worldwide, Nucleus also offers a range of IT solutions and consultancy services in retail banking, corporate banking, cards and cash management.
The 24-year-old Gantek also provides number portability, revenue management solutions, and value added services to the telecom sector and automation solutions, data storage, virtualisation, outsourcing, system and infrastructure solutions to enterprises in both sectors.
