Days begin to get warmer in Delhi

New Delhi : Delhiites woke up to a sunny morning Wednesday with a nip in the air. The met office has forecast bright days for the week ahead with a gradual increase in the mercury.

“The minimum temperature was 15.9 degrees Celsius, two notches above average. Humidity was 71 percent,” an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.

The day is expected to remain warm and bright. The maximum temperature will hover around 27 degrees Celsius.

“There is no forecast of rain in the capital and the temperatures are expected to rise in the coming days,” the official added.
