Ramallah : Israeli Army forces arrested several Palestinian citizens in a wide-scale detention operation in the West Bank, Nadi Al-Asir (Palestinian Prisoners Club) said on Thursday.
Three Palestinian boys were arrested in the village of Burqin, located in the northern part of the West Bank.
The sources said that the detainees were beaten brutally as they were taken to one of the Israeli investigation centers.
Six other Palestinians, including three boys, were arrested in Balata Refugee Camp, near Nablus.
In the village of Burqin, 3 kms west of Jenin, the Israeli troops conducted a house-to-house search operation where they detained three other Palestinians.
Israeli military sources claimed that 21 Palestinians arrested recently were on the wanted list in the West Bank.
