Services on the 22.7-km-long corridor will begin as usual at 5.15 a.m. Monday under the DMRC’s supervision, the statement said.

An operations and maintenance team of 100 officials has already been set up to handle the operations of the line, it added.

A seven-member core committee of senior officials has also been formed to handle extreme emergency situations.

The concessionaire, Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Limited (DAMEPL), communicated Thursday that they will not be able to run the services after the business hours June 30.

“DMRC is committed towards providing the best possible services to the commuters of the line. With this objective, the management has decided to invite feedback and suggestions from the commuters so that the services can be further improved,” the statement added.

Accordingly, two feedback cum suggestion counters will be opened at the Shivaji Stadium and Dwarka Sector 21 stations from 7.30 a.m. onwards Monday.

Commuters will also be able to post their feedback and suggestions on Delhi Metro’s website, it said.
