By 2.30 PM, they had collected 250 units of blood.

The camps were held at three different venues on campus. These are:

    (a) Jamia Main Campus
    (b) Centre for Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Sciences
    (c) Faculty of Engineering & Technology Campus

The aim of the drive is to collect 400-500 units of blood by evening.

This is not the first time that the university community has organized a Blood Donation Camp on campus.

The NSS has been extremely active in organizing several such camps in the past too where students and other members of the university community have come forward to donate blood.

Recently, NSS had also organized an awareness campaign about dengue too. NSS has always taken a lead in running such campaigns from time to time on campus.
