The dead include 44 Muslims and of 300 injured 35 are Muslims. This shows that the terrorists, whatever their faith may be, had no religion in their mind when they were on a killing spree. They wanted to kill as many people as they could and thus terrorise the countrymen.

By IANS, Bhopal : Ten people have been arrested for attacking a police party that was escorting three criminals to a jail in Madhya Pradesh's Betul district, police said Friday. Two of the criminals managed to escape in the melee. The incident occurred Thursday when three undertrials - Bhim Thakur, Kuldeep Parihar and Vinod - accused in a murder case, were being taken to a jail in Betul town. About 25 people attacked the police party, threw chili powder in their eyes and freed two of the three criminals.

Md. Moinul of Barpeta town, Barpeta district of Assam has a magic hand. He calls himself a 'bamboo artist' and is an expert in ornaments made of bamboo. His aesthetic works reflects creativity and talent. Moinul is grateful to his trainer and guru Sachin Das belonging to the same place who discovered his talent and groomed it. Moinul learnt the art at the age of 11 and now running his own business for last 9 years. He earns about 400 Rupees on a typical day.

By TwoCircles.net Staff Correspondent, Kochi: The Kerala state executive of the Communist Party of India demanded the resignation of E Ahmed, central minister of State for Railways, on account of the judicial probe ordered in the Haj quota scam. The Haj quota allocation underwent large scale irregularities when Ahmed was the minister of state for external affairs. Corruption of thousands of rupees took place by the allocation of quota for private agencies. Ahmed should be removed from the ministry so as to bring to light all details regarding the Haj quota scam, said the CPI.
